Within 14 days, you may return your purchase in new, unworn condition for any reason for a complete refund* of purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items altered in any way and items that have been worn are not returnable.
We will accept any item for exchange within 45 days, provided it is in new, unworn, undamaged condition and has not been altered in any way.
*Rings that have been sized by our jeweler are subject to a $45 restocking fee (to cover cost of sizing them back to stock size). Also, the ring sizing charge is not refundable. The ring sizing charge is shown on the product page (the difference in price of the ring in the size chosen and the price of the ring in stock size). Rings that have been sized by another jeweler are not returnable once they have been altered from the size of the ring as shipped by us.
*Items returned to us for refund that were shipped under free shipping promotions are refunded the merchandise amount less a $7 fee.

Please contact us for return/exchange instructions and for an RMA#. Failure to do so may delay crediting you for your purchase. You must include certificate of authenticity, gift packaging and jewelry box with merchandise. Items must be returned within 1 week of receiving your RMA (as determined by postmark or shipper tracking information) or 14 days of the date the item was delivered to the delivery address, whichever comes last. If you do not return your item within this time, we will issue store credit rather than refund provided we receive the item in new, unworn, unaltered condition. We do not accept returns/exchanges of any items more than 45 days after purchase. Items returned more than 45 days after purchase or items that have been used, damaged or altered will be returned to you and you will be charged for shipping.
International returns must be correctly labeled as return merchandise. Failure to correctly label your return that results in customs duties or broker fee for us will result in a partial refund for you.
For items that have a gold store tag attached at the time of shipment, the tag must remain completely intact in order to receive refund. These gold-colored tags are tamper-evident. If you have any questions about this policy, please call us at 888-889-8889 before removing tag.
If you require more time to examine your purchase than specified above, we can almost certainly accommodate your request. But please alert us to your requirements before placing your order so that we can agree on a merchandise review period and conditions prior to sending you the shipment.

Sorry, we do not typically accept returns of custom items or items that have been altered in any way. It is sometimes possible to return a customized item if an arrangement is made in advance of purchase and an appropriate restocking fee agreed upon.
Date of receipt of item is defined as the day the item was delivered to the "ship to" address.
International returns must be shipped via insured service with the same carrier that the item was sent to the purchaser. If item is returned in such a way that we are charged a customs fee or brokering fee, the fee amount will be deducted from the refund. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to attempt to recoup any duties paid.

If an item is returned to us because the recipient is unavailable to receive it, you will be credited the purchase price less both shipping charges (to recipient and returning to us). The recipient has many opportunities to receive the package at the ship-to address or at a local pick-up center. USPS will make repeated delivery attempts (specified by recipient), or the package can be picked up at the local post office for 2 weeks before it is sent back to us. UPS/Fedex/DHL will make 3 attempts to deliver the package, and then will hold it at a local facility for pickup for an additional 5 days. Please call or email us if you have any questions about this policy.
We do not warrantee our jewelry against damage if it is misused in any way, this includes but is not limited to scratching, bumping, and denting. Please study the pearl care instructions supplied with your item and treat the jewelry as described therein.
