We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt of item - within this time, you may return your purchase in new, unworn condition for any reason for a complete refund (less shipping charge). You may exchange any item within 45 days of receipt for any reason provided it has not been damaged or altered in any way. Please contact us for return/exchange instructions and for a RMA# and include certificate of authenticity with merchandise. Failure to do so may delay crediting you for your purchase.
If you require more time to examine your purchase than specified above, we can almost certainly accommodate your request. But please alert us to your requirements before placing your order so that we can agree on a merchandise review period and conditions prior to sending you the shipment.

Sorry, we do not typically accept returns of custom items or items that have been altered in any way. This includes rings that have been sized (altered from their stock size) and non-stock commissioned items. It is sometimes possible to return a customized item if an arrangement is made in advance of purchase and an appropriate restocking fee agreed upon.
Date of receipt of item is defined as the day the item was delivered to "ship to" address.
International returns must be shipped via insured service with the same carrier that the item was sent to the purchaser. If item is returned in such a way that we are charged a customs fee or brokering fee, the fee amount will be deducted from the refund.
If an item is returned to us because the recipient is unavailable to receive it, you will be credited the purchase price less both shipping charges (to recipient and returning to us). The recipient has many opportunities to receive the package at the ship-to address or at a local pick-up center. USPS will make repeated delivery attempts (specified by recipient), or the package can be picked up at the local post office for 2 weeks before it is sent back to us. UPS/Fedex/DHL will make 3 attempts to deliver the package, and then will hold it at a local facility for pickup for an additional 5 days. We do not warrantee our jewelry against damage if it is misused in any way, this includes but is not limited to scratching, bumping, and denting. Please study the pearl care instructions supplied with your item and treat the jewelry as described therein.
